I bought a mattress and bed base from Hypnia. They are good but the way they were delivered was just awful awful awful awful. I live on the first floor and have been receiving deliveries since I moved in including large items (sofa, another bed, bookcases) and they have been delivered directly in front of my door. Except the delivery from Hypnia. The delivery person left all the items on the pavement in front the building and refused to get the boxes up and refused to help me getting the boxes up. Just stood there watching me getting frustrated and puzzled on how to get all the heavy weighted boxes to the few flight of stairs. I ended up taking all the boxes stair by stair to the apartment and hurting my back. Would never recommend this purchase unless you live on the ground floor and don’t care about hurting your back. I have contacted costumer services and they mentioned that in The Netherlands delivery is only to the pavement but that’s 100% not true since I’ve been getting everything delivered directly to my apartment.
